hello, my advice - you need to do way more life drawing and gesture sketching. try to get the walt stanchfield books. and your lines need to be a bit more precise, try a fountain pen or thinner brushpen. color is first not that important, collect more poses. you need the archives for your storyboard. study as many films as you can. find out about the visual language. there are some good books on the market too. but basically it means - draw 24 hours a day, it's practice! my best - hans
